KMiiT is designed for all fitness levels. Each workout can be scaled to your individual abilities, with bodyweight and dumbbell options available so you can train side by side at your own pace. Plus, our relationship challenges add an extra layer of fun and motivation for both partners.

I want you to really think about what’s important in your life. You have time for what you make time for. Our workouts are just 30 minutes, 3 times a week—short enough to fit into even the most hectic schedules while still delivering effective results for your health and relationship.

No! All you need is a set of dumbbells. We suggest that men start with either 50 or 35 lb dumbbells and women with 35 or 20 lb dumbbells, depending on your fitness level. Additionally, bodyweight options are included to ensure that the program remains accessible for everyone. You don’t need anything to get started and it’s free for 7-days.
